The "Calorie Answer CA-HM" is a food calorie measurement device that groups various foods and provides appropriate measurement modes. By adopting near-infrared spectroscopy, liquid samples are measured using the "transmission measurement method," while powdered and solid samples are measured using the "reflection measurement method." In addition to measuring calories, it can also measure nutritional components such as protein, fat, carbohydrates, and moisture as reference values.
